I recently stayed at a hotel in the heart of Kuala Lumpur and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect, with Berjaya Times Square just behind the hotel. I loved the variety of restaurants and mamak stalls nearby, and having a bank right beside the hotel was convenient. The breakfast provided was delicious and had a great variety of choices. The staff was friendly and polite, always serving with a smile. I also appreciated the keeping stuff service after check-out. it was a great value for the price, with a good location, breakfast, and spacious rooms.

Can just recommend this hotel.

the room design is very modern, minimalism, and the security is good enough, the bed is comfortable, the shower is nice, the shower gel n shampoo is nice, and i'm surprised they even prepared toothbrush and tooth paste for such a budget rate.

before i checked in , i called the hotel, to make a confirmation of my room, and i did wrote in my request when i make this booking that i want a double bed room. but the staff who answered my call, was not really helping me, instead, she was telling me to cancel my room , because they only have 2 single bed room for me. But i don't know how. when i check in, they give me a double bed room, so is it the staff wasn't sure enough about their available room or what? providing wrong information for customer. and another thing , even though i'm surprised they provide tooth brush n tooth paste, but i am more astonished, they don't provide any toilet roll, or box of tissue in room. i'm not sure if they have forgotten or what, as i was too rush, i don't really have time to complain to the reception counter or the housekeeping.

Tbh, had a relaxing stay for 4 nights. Fairly clean, good value hotel, the location was good very close to Berjaya Times Square, Monorail, Sungei Wang and Lalaport and monorail station and Bintang shops. The staff was accommodating all the time. We had outstanding meals in the property; visited Garbo Gastro Bar based not far away.

The building is nice. The room is well-maintained. The location is particularly good, a short walk to the most famous shopping areas in Kuala Lumpur, Sungei Wang Plaza, and Bukit Bintang Plaza. The staff is incredibly nice and pleasant.

Not clean enough, cigarrete smell all around, shady windows.

Great location that was super convenient for me, close to everything in the main area. All the staff were so friendly and helpful, they took care of any issues I had. the room I got was spacious with two cozy double beds. 🌟

Close to Berjaya Times Square Indoor Theme Park, because I travelled with a child.

There was no facilities in the room, Bedsheet, Pillowsheet & towels were dirty, Bathroom was not convenient, No breakfast, drinking water was limited, Lobby & isle smells cigarrettes. When we needed electric kettle to boil water in the last morning we stayed there, the reception said the person in charge was sleeping (it was already 6:30 AM !!).

Clean, pleasant & rather conveniently located. Room service & response from staff was fast. Family room my family stayed in was spacious. The staff even allowed us to put our bags in their store after we had checked-out.

There was an electrical power failure for about 20min during our 2nd night stay. It would have not been that stuffy if there is a window in the room. However, I must commend that the staff's response to the problem was rather immediate!

The rooms here come with climate control, a private safe, and a big flat-screen TV, which is pretty convenient. They had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Plus, the location is perfect, right next to Low Yat Plaza – so easy to get around and explore! 🌟

Beltif hotel staff was very accommodating and friendly. The room has a modern/contemporary feel. The lobby/lounge area is nice too. Because the hotel is still new, the bathroom and room itself is very clean. Hope it is well maintained to stay that way.

There was no international phone call service available, even if we wanted to pay for it. The signal for wifi is weak from the room, unless you are in the lobby area. Perhaps, getting a router on every floor will be better. There was a window in room 112 that should be covered with a nice curtain so the room is darker while we are sleeping.

Very friendly staff, spacious room but smelt of cigarettes. Basic breakfast, convenient location. Overall - good for a short stay.

Bathroom is a bit inconvenient as there's no bathtub.

Fresh and tidy hotel with a super cozy premium king room that totally blew me away. 🌟 the room had a neat bathroom with a shower, hairdryer, and even a bidet, which was a nice touch.

This hotel is in a prime location, just a short walk away from popular shopping centers and dining options. the rooms are clean and have basic facilities such as an iron and hair dryer. there is a café in the lobby that serves non-alcoholic drinks and pastries. Public transportation is also easily accessible from the hotel.

The check-in process can take quite a while, which can be frustrating.

The room quite clean and only thing im glad of it is the security. After 12am the entrance of the room will have a security door, only can come it using room card. Its made guest feel comfort to stay here.

Breakfast of the hotel. This should be improve in the future. Not much choice and the time of breakfast should extend till 11am.
